Walk the Plank are an outdoor arts organisation, renowned for their large-scale public shows and events. Having previously operated from a split site, they consolidated their facilities onto a single site which provides offices, training, workshops and a rehearsal space.
This project won a RIBA Northwest award in 2019. EBC Ltd were the structural engineer for the scheme, which included elements of refurbishment and conversion, together with a new-build steel-frame pyramid structure. Foundations were piled due to difficult ground conditions.
