The Flint is a converted two-storey brick-built commercial building, now used as a furniture & lighting showroom, exhibition space, and head-office for Utility Design.
EBC worked with Harrison Stringfellow Architects; designing a new timber mezzanine-floor structure for the offices and meeting areas, and a new raised timber ground floor to deal with the sloping floor of the original building.
